Dual Swivel Rotating Worktable: Reducing Labor Costs
Equipped with a dual swivel rotating worktable, this machine allows for the simultaneous clamping of workpieces on the external worktable during the machining process. This synchronization of clamping and machining time eliminates idle operations, reduces the worktable exchange time and non-machining periods, ultimately saving time on workpiece changes. This feature enables continuous machining without interruption, significantly reducing labor costs. It offers distinct advantages for machining parts that require short processing times, frequent clamping, and high takt times, thereby greatly improving utilization efficiency.
High-Efficiency Machining with Multi-Faceted Processing
Once the workpiece is clamped on the HD50 Horizontal Machining Center, it can automatically switch tools and alter spindle speeds. The 1° indexing rotary table enables the continuous execution of milling, drilling, boring, reaming, countersinking, and tapping operations, allowing for multi-faceted machining in a single setup. The X, Y, and Z axes use high-rigidity roller linear guides, characterized by their wear resistance, low static friction coefficient, and high operating speeds. This ensures smooth low-speed feeding and eliminates creeping. The integrated reinforced supports at both ends of the X, Y, and Z-axis ball screws accommodate high-precision drive and positioning. Cooling systems for the X, Y, and Z-axis ball screws, as well as motor mounts, ensure precision stability even at high operational rates.
Cam Roller Structure Indexing Table and APC
The cam roller structure indexing table offers high precision, high transmission efficiency, high rigidity, wear resistance, and low thermal displacement. It maintains great precision retention and has a long service life. The APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) employs high-precision tapered positioning pins paired with a hydraulic amplification locking mechanism, providing strong clamping force to ensure stable support for the worktable during cutting processes.
High-Speed Operations Reduce Non-Cutting Time
